INTERNET BROWSER NOTE
 | BE SURE TO HAVE THE LATEST VERSION OF MICROSOFT INTERNET
EXPLORER, which can be downloaded at: |

RECEIVING LINKS
 | Our office will send you a link to the website where your
files can be downloaded. Once you click on the link, ADD it to your favorite
places or bookmarks for future access. |
 | You will also receive a USERNAME and PASSWORD that you must
enter when prompted for download access. |
VIEWING FILES
 | If you are requesting documentation from our office, your
files may be in either PDF or TIFF format. |
 | You must have a program that can view these files in order
to open them. |
For files in TIFF files:
WINDOWS 95,98, ME, 2000
IMAGING which
comes with windows 95,
98, or ME. You can open IMAGING by:
-click on the START button
-go to PROGRAMS, then ACCESSORIES
-click on IMAGING, and click on FILE open
 | If you do not have imaging installed you can install
it by going to your CONTROL PANEL, click ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS and then click
the WINDOWS SETUP tab. Select IMAGING from the list of programs under
ACCESSORIES and click apply; you will be prompted to insert your Windows
CD-ROM. |
WINDOWS XP
Windows XP comes with a similar program called
WINDOWS PICTURE AND FAX VIEWER that opens automatically when
an image vile is opened, unless another program is selected as default
For PDF Files
Use Adobe Acrobat Reader
If you do not have Adobe Acrobat reader you may
download it from
